Mama Bear’s Oatmeal Raisin
Hearty enough to pass for breakfast.

Old-fashioned oats give this one real texture, and there are plump raisins in every bite rather than three lonely ones per cookie. White chocolate chips melt into the middle and make it richer than a plain oatmeal cookie has any right to be.
A warm hit of cinnamon rounds it out. If you eat one with your morning coffee, we will not tell anybody.
Best with coffee, first thing.
