This is the cookie that started the whole company. My dad’s chocolate chip and walnut recipe is the one everyone asks for at family gatherings, and it is still the one I bake the most.
Crisp golden edges give way to a soft, gooey middle, and there is chocolate in every single bite. Order them plain, or with buttery walnuts folded through the dough for a little crunch. Just tell me which one you want in your order notes.
Best with a cold glass of milk, still slightly warm.
